About
Paul is a registered professional engineer and the pavement group lead for WSP Indianapolis with over sixteen years of experience in the field of transportation engineering and construction services, specializing in pavement analysis, pavement management, accessibility, and geometric design. He has worked on a range of projects of various sizes for state, local, and private agencies in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, California, Florida, Virginia, and Michigan. He has been a design engineer or project manager on a multitude of projects including new highway construction, urban and rural highway reconstruction, interchange replacements, pavement design, signal and signing design, multi-use trail design, pedestrian improvements, and intersection reconstruction. He has served as a construction inspector for a variety of infrastructure projects including roadway construction/reconstruction, signing installation, and storm and sanitary installation. Paul has extensive experience in computer applications for engineering design including MicroStation, InRoads, Geopak, AutoCAD, LTPPBind, and AASHTOWare Pavement ME Design.
